When you purchase a coaching program on the checkout page, sign a consulting agreement, or book a strategy call, you are agreeing to the specific policy that applies to that service below.
What you’re buying: Coaching programs are digital education and support for video editing – this may include recorded lessons, live calls, feedback sessions, and community access depending on the specific offer.
When your access starts: Your access begins as soon as your payment is successfully processed on the coaching checkout page and your login or call schedule is delivered.
Standard refund policy: Because you receive immediate access to digital training and my time is reserved for you, all coaching program purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Payment plans: If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to complete all scheduled payments. A payment plan is not a subscription you can cancel freely; it is a split payment for the full program.
Exceptional situations: If something serious happens (health, family emergency, etc.) please reach out. While I can’t promise refunds, I will always look for a fair solution such as pausing access or moving you to a later cohort where possible.

How consulting works: Consulting services are tailored, high-touch engagements for companies, agencies, or creators. This may include strategy, systems, team training, or hands-on workflows around video editing and content operations.
Agreements & invoices: Every consulting engagement is governed by a written proposal or agreement that both parties sign. That document will always be the final authority on fees, scope, timelines, and cancellation terms.
Ending an ongoing retainer: For month-to-month or longer retainers, either party may usually end the engagement with written notice (for example, 30 days). Any notice period and final deliverables will be clearly stated in your agreement.
If there’s ever confusion about fees, milestones, or cancellations, please contact me or my team directly so we can clarify in writing.
Strategy calls are free, but the time is still real for both of us. Respecting each other’s calendar keeps things smooth for everyone.
If an emergency comes up last minute, don’t stress – just send a quick email when you can. I’ll always lean towards understanding and we can find a new time where possible.
No. I cannot guarantee specific income, followers, or business outcomes. Your results depend on many factors I don’t control – your effort, consistency, offer, audience, and external conditions. What I guarantee is that I will show up with my best expertise, resources, and support within the agreed scope.
If something feels off, email support as early as possible. While the standard policy is that coaching is non-refundable once access begins, I’m always open to feedback. In some cases we might adjust expectations, offer extra support, or suggest a different path. The sooner you raise your hand, the more options we have.
If a problem arises, the first step is always direct communication. Email my team with a clear summary of the issue and the outcome you’re hoping for. We’ll review what was agreed in writing (checkout page, emails, proposal) and respond in good faith. Chargebacks or public disputes without prior communication make it harder to resolve things fairly for both sides.
