You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login details, access links, or private materials shared with you. Do not share them publicly or with other people who have not purchased access.
3.1 Nature of coaching
Coaching is educational and strategic support. Rabiul shares frameworks, feedback, and guidance to help you improve as a video editor and creator. Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any specific result (income, followers, clients, or views). Your results depend on your skills, effort, implementation, and external factors.
3.2 Payments & billing
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorize Rabiul and any payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount, including any payment plans you agree to.
3.3 Refunds & cancellations
Unless a specific refund policy is clearly stated on the checkout page for a particular Coaching Program, all sales are final and non-refundable. If a refund guarantee is offered for a specific program, that guarantee will apply only under the exact conditions listed on that sales page.
3.4 Access & content usage
You receive personal, non-transferable access to the Coaching Program material for the duration stated at purchase (for example, a fixed cohort period, subscription period, or lifetime access where specified). Rabiul may update, improve, or reorganize content over time.
3.5 Scheduling & communication
For live calls or 1:1 sessions, you are responsible for booking within the available calendar and showing up on time. Missed sessions may be forfeited if you do not provide reasonable notice as described in the specific program guidelines.

Consulting Services are usually scoped via a proposal, email agreement, or separate contract. If there is a conflict between those terms and this page, the signed contract or written agreement will take priority.

Invoices are due on the payment schedule agreed in writing. Late payments may pause work and could incur late fees if specified in your individual agreement.

Consulting focuses on strategy, systems, and creative direction. While the aim is to improve your results, Rabiul does not guarantee any specific outcome such as revenue, profit, subscribers, or views. You remain fully responsible for business decisions and performance.
4.5 Use of work & portfolio
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Rabiul may reference the engagement in a portfolio, case study, or testimonial format, without disclosing confidential details. You may request removal of identifying information where reasonable.
5.1 Ownership of content
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this Site and inside the Coaching Programs and Consulting deliverables is owned by or licensed to Rabiul. This includes text, videos, graphics, frameworks, templates, and training materials.
5.2 Personal license
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal or business use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit content for commercial training, reselling, or teaching others without written permission.

6.3 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rabiul will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, Coaching Programs, or Consulting Services. This includes loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Coaching Program or Consulting Services in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
