Whether you’re starting your video editing career or scaling a brand with high-performing content, I help you cut the noise and build a system that actually converts.
10+ years in editing, production and performance strategy • YouTube, DTC & creators • From raw footage to ROI.
Two clear paths. Same goal: video that actually works.
Learn client-ready skills, modern workflows and how to land paying projects — without wasting months on random tutorials.
Upgrade your editing, hooks and formats so every video has a clear job: convert views into leads, customers and fans.
I’ve helped students land their first freelance retainers and brands add predictable revenue through better video strategy, scripting and editing — not bigger production budgets.
Students mentored into paid editing work.
Typical improvement in watch-through on client content.
Campaigns supported for DTC brands & creators.
“I went from editing for free to closing my first $800/month client in 7 weeks. The portfolio and outreach scripts did all the heavy lifting.”
Sami • Student editor
“We didn’t change ad spend — just the edit structure. Our best-performing video now drives 36% of monthly revenue.”
DTC brand founder • Consulting client
No more random tutorials. I give you a roadmap that stacks real client skills: editing fundamentals, storytelling, pacing, sound design and a portfolio that sells itself.
Perfect if: you know basic editing tools, but don’t know how to turn that into steady income yet.
In 8–12 weeks we focus on:
You’ll leave with skills, assets and a game plan — not just notes.
I work alongside your team as a fractional head of video: clarifying strategy, tightening creative and giving editors the frameworks to ship consistently high-performing assets.
Ideal for: DTC brands, SaaS, education and creator-led businesses already investing in video, but not seeing consistent ROI.
We anchor every engagement in numbers: retention, watch time, click-through and revenue per video — not just views.
Whether you’re a student or a brand, the workflow is intentionally lean — so you see progress in weeks, not quarters.
We define what success looks like for you: income targets, channel metrics or campaign KPIs — and audit where you are now.
You get a custom roadmap: what to edit, publish and improve over the next 4–12 weeks, plus the systems to make it doable.
We ship, review and iterate together — on real edits, real campaigns and real opportunities, not theory.
If you still have questions after this, that’s what the form is for. Share context, I’ll reply with next steps.
For students, you should at least be comfortable navigating an editing tool (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut, etc.). You don’t need to be advanced — the program is designed to level you up from basic skills to client-ready delivery and business fundamentals.
We focus on principles that transfer to any software: story, rhythm, pacing, sound, and structure. Practically, most student clients use Premiere Pro or DaVinci, and most business clients’ teams are already in Adobe or Resolve. I adapt to your stack instead of forcing a switch.
Most brands start with a strategy intensive where we audit your current content & funnels, then we move into a 4–12 week advisory engagement to help your team execute. Depending on your goals, we may also do sprint-style collaborations around launches or new channels.
Because every engagement is custom, pricing depends on scope and timeline. Student coaching is designed to be accessible for committed beginners, while brand consulting is priced relative to the revenue impact. Share details in the form and I’ll reply with options and ranges.
Yes. For brands and creators with teams, I often run focused training blocks: frameworks for editing, feedback systems, and performance reviews on your existing content so your editors learn by upgrading what you already have.
Share whether you’re a student or a brand, your current situation and what you’d like to achieve in the next 90 days. I’ll reply personally with suggested next steps.
Response time: usually within 24–48 hours on weekdays.
